These General Conditions of Sale (CGV) govern the sales of maritime containers and modular by Container PRO.
2. Price and Payment
The prices displayed are in euros, excluding taxes (HT). Payment is made by bank transfer before delivery.
3. Delivery
Delivery times are provided for information purposes only. Container PRO cannot be held responsible for carrier-related delays.
4. Warranty and Complaints
New containers benefit from a manufacturer's warranty. Used containers are sold in state (Class A, B, or C). Any complaint must be made within 48 hours after delivery.
